Materials
2 lbs ground beef
1 27 oz can of
3 large tomatoes diced
8 white organic mushrooms
1 onion, 2 carrots
5 cloves garlic
oregano, basil as needed
1 TBSP mild paprika, teaspoon organic turmeric
2 large EGGPLANTS for pasta, 5-6 leaves of fresh tulsi
2 whole tomatoes, cut thinly, 1/4 cup of organic grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
Start browning your various meats inside a large saucepan as you cube the red onioncarrot and carrots and onions. Add to the beef and simmer slowly and gradually. As soon as it is almost all cooked, include your garlic as well as seasoning and let for approximately a quarter-hour on low heat, mixing frequently. After the beef sauce is good to go, add approximately 1 cup to the base of the baking dish. Put a layer of EGGPLANTS on top of this, and then 1 / 2 of what is remaining of your beef gravy and spoon over the EGGPLANTS. Here is where you can give a gentle sprinkle of pastured cheese, together with a couple of fresh basil leaves cut into pieces. Add more eggplant as well as the rest of the beef sauce.
